Meet Lina Ellison, the creative force behind Lina Ellison Design. Lina is a party, events, and interior decor visionary whose ability, creative talents, and outstanding reputation have made her a sought-after designer for clients across Houston.

Lina’s flair for and expertise in design and decorating are evident even in her own story. She was able to design her own success story through hard work, dedication, and passion, culminating in the launch of her own business, Lina Ellison Design.

Lina’s story begins in Medellin, Colombia. As a young girl, she immigrated to the United States, arriving in Houston. Since then, Lina has continued to call Houston home.

After putting down roots in Texas, Lina earned her degree in international business and later married and had two beautiful children. She counts being able to stay home with her children and raising them during their early years as one of her greatest blessings.

Her creative side flourished during this time at home with her children, and she honed her skills as a party, event, and home décor designer. She found joy in creating beauty for others, helping them curate beautiful and personal designs for life’s special moments so they could make more memories with their friends and family. That passion grew into a successful business, allowing her to offer her services to a wider range of clients.

Whether it’s her personal pursuits or a project she’s working on for her clients, Lina is energetic, motivated, passionate, and highly attentive to detail. She’s family-oriented, regularly loves hosting gatherings for her family and friends, and enjoys curating experiences for others to create memorable moments with their families, too.
